The Augusta County Sheriff's Office takes all complaints seriously regarding the service provided by the Office and the conduct of its members. The Office will accept and address all complaints of misconduct in accordance with Sheriff's Office policy and applicable federal, state and local law and municipal and county rules. It is also the policy of this office to ensure that the community can report misconduct without concern for reprisal or retaliation.

To submit a complaint:

• Visit the Sheriff's Office and request a form.
• Download, fill out, and print a copy of the form.

All completed forms should be submitted in-person to a member of the Sheriff's Office staff.
