Updated 11/25/25: Offices at the Government Center, Shenandoah Valley Social Services, and the Augusta County Libraries will be closed for the Thanksgiving holidays starting on Wednesday, November 26 at noon through Friday, November 28.
The Augusta Regional Landfill and convenience sites will remain open on Wednesday, closed on Thanksgiving Day, and will open on Friday, Nov 28, during normal operating hours.
The Augusta County Federal Credit Union will be OPEN on Wednesday until 5pm. The main doors to the Government Center will be locked but the credit union can still meet and serve customers by calling, 540-245-5706.
